Schafleiten St. Laurent
Black raspberry, leather, brooding, good acid, “black cranberry” - if that was a thing, maybe cassis. Nice tannins - I’d like to revisit this one in a couple years - should she well. St Laurent is a variety I’m interested in tasting more of - thinking it could have an interesting future in Oregon.

Apr 13th, 2015A bit of funk at first, but that blew off after 20 minutes. Nice savoriness to round out the fruit.
