12' Harbison Chardonnay. Interesting story. This wine WASN'T made by Russell Bevan. The wine comes from Au Bon Climat vineyards & of course made by Jim Clendenen. 30 months in barrel & 1 year in bottle before release . That's insane for a West Coast Chardonnay. Only 24 cases! Check the cork out. He wants you to know.

Decanted it for a bit.Tropical flavors, caramel, vanilla, popcorn.

This is about the best Chardonnay I have had from CA. Great balance, well integrated, minerals and fruit meet perfectly with just a slight hint of oak.

Another great Harbison Chardonnay. Montrachet at a fraction of the price.

Gorgeous chard. Drinks like a Montrachet meets Charlemagne burg. Spent 30 months in new oak yet the oak is subtle and takes a back seat to the minerality and mouth watering acidity on the finish. Pineapple, lemon zest, pear and lightly toasted marshmallow on the long and cheek puckering finish. Too bad only 30 cases made.

Wonderful bouquet, so well balanced. Beautiful butterscotch finish. Refined and polished. Joe and Pat have done a marvelous job! IMO, one of the better Chards out there from Napa.

Chablis like. No oak, no butter. For a CA Chard, surprisingly French. Fruity, lingering finish
