Rainy day turned beautiful - a zesty summer wine to celebrate! A little bit peppery to add to a short zing, otherwise leaves a taste of melons and relaxation 🤗
Not my favorite Sauvignon Blanc I’ve ever had (maybe it needs time) but I’m sure if I were tasting this in Monterey whilst relaxing on a patio overlooking the ocean with a slight breeze in the air and The Mamas & The Papas playing in the background it would be spectacular. Location, location, location - as they say (in real estate, I know but it’s relevant).

2014 vintage. Lots of white grapefruit, lemon curd, crushed white rocks, unripe melon. Missing some grassiness, which I always like. Little richer texture, high acid.

Club soda, salted cantaloupe and honeydew, light-medium weight with butter, light-medium acid. American oak. Enjoy with any non-beef meals, it's in its prime!
