Gorgeous fresh mowed grass, white flowers, hint of SB. Texture, complex, acid is good, super fresh. Amazing purity. It’s so mountain. Pure. Just so harmonious. Insanely pure. Wow.

@Delectable Wine this is the Sauvignon Blanc.

I adore this wine and I think it’s next to cotat/vatan some of the most original and distinctive SB out there. It will also age like Cotat and Vatan. Deep nose. Lemon and mineral. Wonderful purity. Lemon drop and mountain herbs. What a palate. So deep, so mineral. Insane texture and depth. Holy shit. This is profound. Grassy mineral finish that does not quit.

Dinner with friends, bottle theme of the evening is northern Italy and regionally contiguous countries. Fun wines will be poured and smiles will be shared!

Prior notes still apply, decanted 8 hours. The best Sauv. Blanc, really amazing...

Pre-Labor Day festivities with friends.

Sauvignon Blanc from Switzerland? More interesting than I would have expected, not as much acidity as your typical SB, from anywhere, but more complexity, more notes later...

24 Hour Update:
Nose has lime skin, lime flesh, white flowers, under-ripe tangerine, Paper Birch bark and dry earth.
Palate has semi-dried lime, under-ripe peach, wheat grass, granite pebbles, clean mountain stream with a squeeze of lime.
What an interesting wine, never thought Sauvignon Blanc would flourish at the intersection of Switzerland, Germany and France, a great wine experience!
