Basic (staple) vibes from the label. Color is grass water. Hint green. Smells like lemons and tropical fruit. Flavors are crisp and true. Bitter edge. Herbal side with a hint of grass. This ain’t half bad even 3 years on. Didn’t taste the ‘white peach’, but that’s good, they don’t have enough acid balance ;-).

$17 medium nose. Notes of pear, strawberry and lemon. Bright nose. Bland on the tongue. Low acid, low alcohol, low tannins. Light body. Low-sweet. Notes of lemon, green apple, grass and chalk. Bland and unrefined. Not great, but simple and easy to drink.
