Mediocre and fruity sauv blanc. Some bitter aftertaste masquerading as minerality. The price point is obvious.

There’s Granny Smith in there, but maybe after baked for a few minutes. Not super tart and a bit creamy but with a grassy finish. Went well with a roasted Chicken prepared Bouchon style—the irony, I’m reading a vegan cookbook.
