Excellent Cabernet. Deep, deep red with a robust taste and strong ‘Vino Tinto’ taste. Highly recommend

Nice cab. Has the slight sweetness of the bourbon barrel with fruit forward cherry and a hint of smoke.

Feb 18th, 2022Medium dark ruby hue. Aromas of oak, plum, raspberry, strawberry, and vanilla. Medium body, medium tannins, medium-plus acidity. Bit of alcohol heat on the backend. Nevertheless, very approachable and soft for a Cabernet Sauvignon. Bourbon-barrel aging rounds out the tannins and brings its share of red fruit and vanilla to the palate.
