Beautiful light and crisp Sauvignon Blanc. Fruity and citrusy without being too tart. The acidity is refreshing and pleasant while still going down smooth. Great summertime wine and would probably pair nicely with salads, grilled chicken or seafood. I don't really eat seafood, but I could see how this might work well with it. Maybe grilled shrimp. I'd eat grilled shrimp with this.

Pale lemon in color.
On the nose, lemons citrus, Kiwi, tropical fruits and grapefruits.
Buttery on the palate and somewhat bitter, with grapefruits and lime.
Full-bodied with a crisp and bitter finish.
This is not for me.
