17.5. 1999. Last of 6. Wish I'd waited. This is best. Profound and complex nose. Not obviously concentrated when you look at it, but v good on palate. Only a little brown, doesn't show 17 years. Lots of legs. Great fruit still and balance. Excellent length. Not as sophisticated as some, but fine.

Strawberry, leather, cherry, butterscotch and roasted nuts on the nose. Vanilla, chocolate, dark berries and strawberries on the palate.
