Does not taste like a sauv blanc. Has a touch of oak. Lemon and pineapple Notes

Great fruit and acidity with decent body to it.

Lemon zest and pineapple aroma with soft oak favor. Oaky like chardonnay but not overdone. Paired with Sashimi. Couldn't be better.
