Better to decant for an hour or so to fully taste black cherry and licorice, yet I very much enjoyed its charming acidity with beef steaks. I wonder how it changes in three years.

Black cherry nose, menthol flavors, fruity yet balanced, will benefit from a few more years of aging but still terrific!
