Top Notes For
Sipping Fine Wine

Ruby red color with aromas of ripe fruits and baking spice, sourced from several vineyards, the wine was aged for 15 months in 55% new and 45% 2-3 year French Oak. On the palate flavors of strawberry and ripe plum with vanilla, baking spice, lively acidity and fine tannins. Long finish, nice mouthfeel, ending with warming cedar spice character.

Surprisingly dark, fairly large framed for so close to the coast.
