Really sweet and pretty nose with dull but fresh red fruit. The palate is out of balance with tough tannins overpowering the delicate fruit. Improving with air though. #josephdrouhin #savignylesbeaune

Desiccated red fruit and anise. Still alive and quite enjoyable. Served with pheasant and white sauce.
