Really pretty expression of Chablis. Tasting weird stuff is fun but it's also great when a wine tastes exactly what you'd expect.

Medium gold. Delicate nose of apple and flowers. Palate restrained. Everything in ordered but subdued. Pleasant wine and a good value. Perfect for a weeknight when no one has the energy for a saga.
