Barnyard funk for days. Yeasty. Brett. Pear and green apple. Juicy, wonderful balance. Chalky minerality carries a lengthy finish. All the good things.

White flowers, Apples, nuts and honey with a touch of sherry in the finish. Mouth coating body, lots of tangy acidity to balance. A lot going on but well balanced.

Granny Smith apples, lemon curd, quince, hazelnut syrup, honeysuckle, chamomile, gardenias, pecans. Soft rounded acidity, silky-oily texture, medium bodied, long nutty-honeyed-slightly floral finish. Highly aromatic, like a manzanilla sherry. Natural, organic and approaching biodynamic certification. Aged sous voile for 2 years. Classic Jura Chardonnay
