Whoa. This smacks you in the face with Luxardo cherries, earth, and a kiss of barnyard funk. Low-ish tannin but higher acidity. This bottle was rocking good.

More dark and brooding than its domestic counterpart (thinking Arnot-Roberts’ Trousseau). Perfumed and muted fruit with silky tannins.
