Nez de figue et caramel, très fruité en bouche, presque moelleux (à boire avec foie gras, apéro, ) tout en étant pétillant et festif. Étonnant car peu connus. Très intéressant si apprécier champagne. C'est brut. En début de repas ou fin de repas avec dessert (tarte au fruit)
