Pretty pale pink. Strawberry, peaches and lemon on the nose. Dry with a balanced mild acidity. Crisp finish and tastes like it smells. Nothing overly complex but solid for the price point and wouldn’t mind taking this down in gulps.

Not only do I think that Aldo Sohm suffer from cognitive bias, I also think that I have to give up thinking that I'm going to enjoy grüner-veltliner; "Maybe the next bottle?" I keep thinking.
This one has all the pleasantness of eating bars of baker's chocolate.
