Aromas of ripe apple , stone fruits with a touch of brioche, minerals and vanilla nuances . On the palate there is excellent depth and richness from the old vines , perfectly balanced dosage and lots of ripe apple , saline and minerals in the palate . Very impressive especially considering the price tasted out of a magnum .

Says Dhondt but I did. And I’m glad as it’s real good.

First bottle of Thanksgiving - didn’t take notes but remember this having a very fine bead and intense orchard fruit 😋
