Current vintage on the market. 60/40 Weißburgunder/ GrüVe from Canutum, 36h skin contact and fermented on natural yeast + aged 48 months in big old wood. Beautiful mouthfeel, fresh, juicy, intriguing, nuanced and impeccably balanced. Ripe pear, some apricot + touch of kumquat and dried chili? A great food wine but also invited for thoughtful sipping. NOT a simple Landwein! What a discovery!
