1979 vintage. Not the biggest Jordan fan but this one hit before the mass California hysteria. Decanted and tasted after 10 mins-2 hours. Plenty of cedar, tannins and otherwise, structural components. Solid showing. May pick up a few of these for the holidaze. In best Darth Vader/James Earl Jones voice..."Impressive." 9.20.23.

Going back and forth on favorite between this and the '76. Dusty, dirty and full of those Jordan bell peppers. Less fruit than the '76. An amazing wine. 12.8 abv
