Was my go to accompaniment for lamb chops due to its dominating mint on the nose and palate. Like the Cabernet this was my last bottle. Even though I'm somewhat oak adverse I always found it belonged here. This bottle was valiantly trying to save its structure but unfortunately Father Time won out.
