Might be weird to say about a 6 year old Syrah in a screwcap, but I think this wine was a year or two over it's peak. Still complex just not as much power that comes with youth.

Didnt try enough for a critical assessment but well made from a good vintage and a highly reputable wine maker. Drank to its price point of around $45. 17.5+
