#Orangewine from @Johan_vineyards of @eolaamityhills! Lively with touch of RS to balance out the acidity and tannins. Just think of it as a #Rose of white wine!

Of you're not familiar with orange wines and the complexity of skin fermentation, this wine is a great place to start. Becoming nutty with apricot stone and satisfying acid.

A little funky which adds some heft. Makes for a nice summer wine with oilier fishes or assertive cheeses.

2012. An orange wine. Bone dry and no aromatics on the nose that I would expect from a Pinot Gris. Good mineralogy and enough acid that it Paired well with food but a little too bland.
