Was good. A bit of residual co2 at the end. Nose is quite interesting with quince, apricot and baked apple although something is not quite right. Drinking well with no wow effect, acidity is present but with a certain amount of CO2, fizzy and pungent. I believe something is not right in this bottle. Still have 5 bottles left, will try and keep posting
