Nose is some baked apple, slate, minerals and a nice layered aspect. Confectionary and really nice. Lovely. Palate is sweet, tense and compact. Good freshness. Very pure. Nice icing on cake texture. Almost a 9.1. Again, tho, seems boring. Does the job type of wine. Like a great long snapper.

Pale lemon color with medium+ intensity aromas of floral, stone and citrus fruits with biscuit notes. On the palate this dry wine shows flavors of peach, ripe apple, lemon, apricot, melon with wet stone mineral. Vivid acidity with great mouthfeel on medium+ finish.
