Weissburgunder

Cloudy (unfiltered) and quite oxidative. Closed and very reductive (a touch of brett perhaps?). The fruit is gone leaving a slightly tannic structure with pronounced acidity and good weight. Excellent wood mgnt (as always). A complex, philosophical wine.

2008. Taught yet with some breadth and weight. A fantastic GrüVe.
