Skunky fruit sticks in the back of your throat and can’t get cold enough. I stole this wine that I bought. I tried pairing it with the beyond burgers we grilled at the ol Hangertube’s place while he was away with his Irma Linda. The burgers sat atop a wedge of romaine and were topped with sautéed shiitake and cucumbers from my garden. It didn’t move the needle.
