A big, juicy, luscious cab franc from Walla Walla. The nose has strong notes of mocha, vanilla, plum an a faint vegetal (bell pepper) smell. On the pallet, luscious red plum, a hint of strawberry, white pepper, and a fleshy (think prosciutto) aftertatse make for a very pleasant wine. Yum!
