Vintage champagne made out of Chardonnay from the Mesnil sur Oger vineyards. This is the top cuvée of the domaine (they only use Chardonnay fruit). It is made half in oak barrels and half in stainless steel and is aged for four years. I picked it up during a quick visit (and tasting) at the cave. An ambitious wine, very dense, complex and rich with a strong backbone of acidity.
