Mid lemon. Floral aspects to the nose with lime lemon mineral and nuance of dairy. Probably a little bit of butter or cream from the oak. Excellent current drinking with a short term future. Always liked Macon - great QPR. Poor mans White Burgundy. Drank the last glass a day later and the wine had developed lovely honeyed nuances. Macon will become a regular buy for me.
