Another great vintage of this white, and Mr. Olsen’s swan song for Naked Wines, as he has started his own winery. This is a Chardonnay in an older style, typified by arrested fermentation, giving the wine less oak and a bit more residual sugar, something like a dry Riesling. Great Caesar’s Ghost! Superman’s Pal is all grown up!

Dec 13th, 2018This wine is very complex and it gets better with each subsequent glass. It is a little much to handle at first and really only pairs well with a thin pasta sauce for dinner.
