This wine is very complex and it gets better with each subsequent glass. It is a little much to handle at first and really only pairs well with a thin pasta sauce for dinner. — 8 years ago
A very good red wine. As stated elsewhere, a decent dinner wine that will go with most fall and winter dishes. Hits a bit hard off the bat, but opens up well with lots of flavor on the finish — 8 years ago
It is unfortunate that this wine, while more expensive, is only just as enjoyable as it's much cheaper counterpart (being the regular borsao garnacha). It is absolutely delicious, but I fear that this version will simply slip by the wayside due to it being so much more expensive than the cheaper version by the same company. I loved it, but won't again spend 7$ more to purchase it unless I am unable to find the regular borsao — 8 years ago
Great crisp, dry rose very typical of provencal roses. Slightly tangier than what you would normally find for a rose which makes it a perfect accompaniment to a good, pan seared streak with rosemary and thyme — 5 years ago
Another Vinho Verde: crisp and refreshing. does not however, pair well with meats and is much better enjoyed as am apéritif or with cheese. — 8 years ago
A very tangy wine that is really only good when served cold and on the first night. Beyond that it takes on a more full-bodied (and not in the good way) taste. Decent enough for the price, but much better wines can be found from Château Ste Michelle and other such varietals. — 8 years ago
This is the perfect spring and early summer wine! Even better when enjoyed on a sunner day picnic with loved ones! It's light and sweet but not overly so. It's a very easy drinking wine and feels rather refreshing after a long winter of heavy reds and even heavier winter beers. Rivals the grapefruit rosé that I love found in my ratings. — 8 years ago
Has a very nice flavor. Easy drinking and fruity. Clean and light. Should be drank in on sitting, doesn't need extra breathing and gets detrimentally worse as time goes by. — 8 years ago
A very tangy rosé. It is great for one glass, but then gets to be too much. Each consecutive glass (or half glass) becomes less and less enjoyable — 8 years ago

An outstanding wine for a good rib roast and potatoes. Not too bold to where it overpowers the food. — 5 years ago
