Golden yellow with just a hint of green. Low acid and med+ alc. Intense aromas of apple, pears, honeysuckle and a slight woody tang. Flavors of toasted oak. Creamy and buttery. Baked apple. Pear. Full bodied but flavors are somewhat muted. Mellow. Smells better than it tastes

This Chard is refreshing with pear and sweet apple flavors, a restrained splash of butter, and a touch more residual sugar than usual, like that of a PG. I enjoyed this with rotisserie chicken, fresh French brad and Brie cheese, and a Greek salad with feta, olives, and avocado.
