Color of hearty cranberry sauces. Smells like rocks, leathers and the berry jam-cheese part of a danish. Flavors are very dry and interesting. Berry and wood shavings. Hint of quince jam. This is a nice unexpected surprise of a Spanish red I got for $6 at the Yolo Fruit Stand. Nice choosing Jethro.
