I do drink things other than wine and gin sometimes! I am eternally grateful to live so close to these visionaries. This farmhouse saison is lemony and fresh with notes of hay and barnyard. It was perfect with our clams steamed in green curry broth and a crusty baguette. Happy Valentine's!
