Nose is Amazing. Cherry lipstick. Big fresh cherries. Integrated licorice. Perfume as it aerates.
Palate is awesome. Cherries and spice.
Finish is crazy. Long and super fresh like after eating 10 cherries and the juice rushes down your maw.

Jun 20th, 2019Great aromatic concentration and complexity, also very transparent, feels little loose in mineral structure but has good tannic backbone and just enough acidity to make it lively. Balance is not perfect and not everything is in equilibrium but tastes great.
