Awesome, weighty fruit with loads of flesh and texture, reminds me of a fuller bodied rosé with bubbles, sparkling Tavel perhaps.

This absolutely blew my mind. It was like drinking Cru Beaujolais with some bubbles. It was wildly bizarre and utterly delicious.
