Nice, basic Villages Vosne Romanée. Chezeaux makes some very nice premier crus that I have enjoyed, but this is a great wine for an easy night at home. Good mid-red color, very clean and not clear / translucent. Acidic but still young. Nice red fruits including red cherries with some light earth as well. A bit of alcohol on the nose and palate (abv 13%).
