I love this wine. Pure aromas of white fruits, saline, floral notes, yeast and a stony minerality. Rich and dense texture with a lively and energetic acidity and bright flavors of white fruits, and a minerality that leaves no doubt that we are in Nantes country. It is linear, incisive, elegant and with a beautiful tension. And what about its persistent length on notes of citrus fruit and minerality.

BOMB. Nose of anise, wintergreen, birch bark, rain-on-slate. Tastes of that fresh minty herbaceousness with salinity, freshness, roundness and grace. I think muscadet has some of the best wines in the world, and dollar for dollar, is unstoppable. 2012 and fresh as sea air in winter. Could age three decades.
