The nose is fresh peach and floral notes. Fresh, crisp, and clean on the palate with big salinity and minerality, stone fruit, and light citrus. Medium minus alcohol and medium plus acid. A great match for shellfish, light cheeses, and lean fish in general. I hear a calamari steak calling me.

Jul 7th, 2020Floral nose with lavender, rose, and light citrus notes. Crisp and clean on the palate with big minerals, saline, and citrus emerging from mid-palate and growing through the finish. High acid and low alcohol. This would go really well with shell fish.
