Lighter colored than I was expecting, fruit on nose is obscured by oak and butter, on palate full on ML, hints of honeydew and butterscotch, fairly flat and flabby.

Elegantly style & presentation- clearly going for Burgundy style w/nose dominated by spicy, smoky vanillin oak overpowering some lemon oil, malo notes & golden apple. Austere, rigid w/firm acidic backbone, this wine lacked fruit + too much oak - would have made nice sparkler.
