A truly different & special wine. Close your eyes and it’s a light Pinot Noir but a special production method yields a nearly clear wine (just a slight blush). A little on the sweet side but the typical Pinot grape is there- perhaps nectarine with a no oak but still well balanced.

Bra syra, lite söt, fin balans. Päron, melon och lite aprikos tillsammans med microstuds av ek. Bra skit!
