Les Villots Sancerre Rouge Pinot Noir

This is the Les Villots cuvée. Serving at cellar temp. Nose shows bright mid season cherry, a light floral note (like violets but higher toned) and crushed stone. Fairly intense on the palate, surprisingly, but still shows nice freshness. It’s full without any jamminess or overly sappy fruit. Chiseled. Tannins very soft and in the background. Very nice.
