Another great bottle of this...wish I had cases more. Burgundy earth, spice, cherry, tea, textbook, a little tight still but was just popped, I'm sure will open as it opens and warms from cellar temp. Will update again #rockthered #burgundythursday

Update: don't get the hint of green that I did off the last bottle, and has opened up nicely. More barnyard, a bit of sweetness now too. Tannins are still very present here, but fine.

Burgundy and Mario Kart with #snowzilla ...a solid pairing. Burg earth/funk, sweet black cherry, black tea, tarragon?, green stems. Honestly the first time I've noticed steminess in a bottle of this wine.
