
I was all about this. Started off a touch reticent but opened with air. Lemon, lime, minerals. Super refined and a fine compliment to the baked salmon.

Chablis week continues, good chalky and with some zing to it, nice acid backbone. Bottle disappeared too fast to really think about it...
