Lovely, with a richness that stays firmly rooted in Chablis. Full of ripe orchard fruit, limestone minerality, and deft use of oak. I'd drink more chardonnay if I could afford more GC Chablis.

Nice wine. Initially we thought it was a little old at 12yrs, but it finished nicely. Very clean.

Fleur blanche, citron, mineral, pierre, avec une bonne tension. Peu de plaisir... probablement Mauvais match sur le bord du feu avec des guimauves mais le moment était superbe

A very nice and open chablis. Unlike my last one this had much less wood action so it tasted like a chablis than a cote de beaune. Smells of white flower, sea breeze and citrus is all over the place. In the mouth the acidity is refreshing and the wine has a nice structure that does not let it be flabby. A long aftertaste. This still has not reached its peak.
