Pale to mid Yellow. Ripe citrus on nose and palate ( Lemon). Oak is nearly invisible. A beautiful Chablis from a great vineyard as in Les Clos. One can see why it is a Grand Cru. On the light to medium weight palate, with air, Lemon and Honey and a touch of Oyster Shell. Intensity without weight. A perfect match with fresh Pacific Oysters.

2013 vintage. At a sunny Cap Horn, Courchevel. Pale lemon green hue. Creamy apple sauce. Honeysuckle and lemon citrus. Youthful. On the palate, very balanced. High acidity, good concentration of flavour and persistent finish. Well made Chablis. Drink 2020-2030.

Doesn't get much better than this. Expressive nose and surprisingly rich on the palate for being so young.
