Forward , med to full bodied , shows some oak and lacks a little drive. Ok but not exciting.

White Stone fruit, flowery red apples, pine needle and diacetyl/ butterscotch nose. Lean and angular on the palette. Underwhelming for its quality level (AC) however met Pork Neck with braised Radicchio and Soubise hand in hand.

Best wine for a while, I love this top Burgundian style. Pronounced nose of apricot, peach and red apples, with some yogurt, sweet spice and cinnamon and nutmeg. Tertiary aromas too of honey, marzipan and some mushroom savoury character. High acidity leads to further flavour of toffee on the palate. Truly outstanding. #wsetschool
