Maybe the best burgundy I’ve had. Garnet with some opacity, wonderfully matured and balanced acidity, red cherries, leather and licorice, some hints of vanilla coming through with aeration. Love this!

If you have it, drink it - it ain’t getting any better folks. Took 15-30min of air to fully open. Still has red fruits for days, nice licorice, gamey, and mushroom/foresty notes with some remaining tannins. Fun experience with well aged burg to kick off the weekend
